  Memorial Hell

  today has been one of the most aganizing days since i woke up.

  my family has been pressuring me to show up at the memorial for the past week.

  it became very intense today with my dad texting me constantly to get me to confirm and when i didn't answer he would call my wife and then she would constantly nag me to answer my dad and so on and so forth.

  88JM...Thank you for sharing the info on that beautiful piece of land. It's lovely.

  I was trying to find out earlier today, information on Ancestry.com, about Jean Coldecotte-Smith. That website is extremely busy, this week, so I was not able to get actual black and white facts. I think it is possible she never married. So, it is likely, she handed over all of her property to the biggest money grabbers, The Watch Tower Society. Since she died back in 2004, the Society would have moved one of their trusted Bethelites, to live on said property, for "free" as caretakers.

  We need Leolaia's help.

  My brother and his wife, were regular pioneers, back in the day. They would get home from the Sunday meeting, take off their KHall clothes, put on their stylin' leathers, bandanas, necklaces, the whole shabang, jump on their Harley, and feel that motor running, get out on the Highway. lol ... I am glad, he had that feeling of escape, freedom and happiness.

  leaving the org was not a doctrinal choice for me as it was for many on this board.

  i left mentally because of the boredom and then i physically left by being dfd.

  The short sightedness of learning

  in 2 years im surprising my wife for our 20th with a 2nd marriage in italy.

  weve been planning to go for the last few years so she knows about the trip.

  i decided that since im going to be in italy for a month and since i sit at a desk on my computer for 8 hours a day, i might as well spend that time productively and learn some italian.
